Sam Hodson is a project lead in commercial property development, based in New South Wales.

He built his career from the ground up. Sam started with a trade certificate in plumbing and gasfitting, specialising in high-pressure natural gas, work that gave him a practical, hands-on grounding in construction and infrastructure.

In 2016 he moved into road pavements, taking on the management of a business in the road infrastructure industry.

Since 2024, Sam has concentrated on commercial property development, overseeing and supporting a range of commercial projects.
